This is our most popular hopper system. No other mini-hopper system sold can match its versatility and quick color change capability. With this gun you can coat anything in record time and change colors in under a minute.
The system uses best gun and controller combined with four- 3 liter hoppers. Each hopper can hold 3 to 4 pounds of powder making it ideal for coating rims, car and motorcycle parts, flat work, complex shapes and re-coat operations. (Works especially well with Metallic’ s)
Have a large job? No problem. Just load up the 3 bonus hoppers and you’ve got up to 12 pounds of powder ready to go.

IntelliCoat offers a full and unconditional 1 year warranty on all of its powder coating systems (see it here). If at any time during your warranty period you experience any trouble, simply contact us at 207-627-5197 for immediate help. Our technicians will walk you through a quick series of over-the-phone tests to quickly pinpoint the trouble and a fix is just a UPS truck away. Replacement parts and units are stocked in 2 locations in the U.S. and turnaround time 1 day on average.
